sooo, we are staying with a family tonight and tomorrow night on piper tour and we just got done having bible time with them and their two little kids. it was the most precious thing ever! we sang a few songs and then the mom told us the story of noah from the family bible, and then the dad prayed and then they went to bed. it was so cute. i liked it alot! i can only hope that when i have a family we can have family bible time. that would be great.
also, at another house we stayed at the parents made it a point to put the kids to bed together (instead of one parent always doing it). i thought that was cute too. i would like to put my kids to bed with my husband. cute cute cute.
on a similar but different note:
piper tour is over tomorrow!! tomorrow is our last day of shows and then wednesday we drive back to searcy!! yay! it has been a great and wonderful and fun tour, but i am very much ready to be done and be back at "home."
