so as i sit here listening to the soundtrack of Aida and browsing through flair on facebook, while there is nothing to do at work in the box office, i find myself wanting to do two things very badly.
1. see Aida!!! what an amazing musical...and to think what my opinion would be of it after actually seeing it myself
2. read the Twilight books. there are so many flair pieces about these books, and i am very intrigued.

just doing what i do
soo katie, the previous stage manager for ssdt, had to get a full time job and be all grown up and whatnot, and doing both her full time job and stage managing was just getting to be to much. soooo she told steve she couldnt do it anymore. well, SOMEONE has to be the stage manager..apparently...even though last year was their first year to have one...besides the point...so katie and adam were apparently talking to steve and they suggested me. so i am now the new stage manager for SSDT (steve said he could trust me :) aww)...along with house manager and props mistress...haha
oh man.

"And the beat goes on...and the beat goes on"
so when i was thinking of a title that song randomly popped into my head...odd because i havent listened to that song in FOREVER! i like it though...good song
anways
soooo lets see. last post was during piper tour. it was GREAT! hot! but great. we had alot of great shows and met alot of great kids and families.
after piper tour started life in searcy arkansas. so far it has been pretty good. working from 1-5 in the college of nursing (which is the job i had during the school year too). and i am also working for SSDT (searcy summer dinner theatre) as the house manager and the props mistress. i actually just became the full time props person since katie (the stage manager) got a full time job during the day but she has still been helping out quite a bit, which i am very thankful for.
me and amber were SUPPOSED to move into an apartment this summer, but those plans fell through. sooooo we are stuck living at amber's house for the rest of the summer (for now). which isnt bad. i dont mind living at ambers house at all except that it is 20 mins out of town and we dont have alot of room. her room is tiny! and since we thought we were going to be living in an apartment we havent really unpacked much of anything. so now we are going to try and figure out how to set up her room/closet so we have as much space as possible once we actually unpack our clothes and other stuff.....that will be fun....haha
hmm...and now i am watching a news story about how speedo has created a suit that is technilogically designed to help the swimmer be faster...apparently some people dont like that too much because it is an unfair advantage...hmm...possibly a pretty big issue since the summer olympics are...THIS summer!!! woohoo

he is just the cutest thing, i love him!
well....i have to head to rehearsal in about 30 mins...so im done
